I booked a room based on the pictures on the website and found the location to be peaceful and exceptionally nice, right in the middle of Jackson.

The room was clean and since it had hypo-allergenic pillows I slept like a baby. The staff was really helpful and very helpful, so I would stay here again.

We stayed at a hotel close to the festival in Conferias and the location was great. the room was tiny and dark, and the bathroom was dirty with stains everywhere. the staff was not helpful in addressing these issues, and the noise from other guests in the morning made it impossible to sleep. the sheets didn't fit the bed, and we even found someone's gum stuck to the wall.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, causing noise disturbance all night, and preventing proper sleep.

Location is great. Its proximity to a college campus brings in a lot of young energy and vitality. the breakfast is basic but enough. Another advantage I enjoyed was the excellent hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating.
